#ALW25: The Programme So Far

Greetings everyone!

We hope this email finds you well. Even if it is still quite early in the year, we have already received quite a few messages from people who have either said that they have booked flights and hotels for our Athens Leather Weekend in November or asked for more details on the event already.

It is very exciting to see a rising interest in our events. We had left our website with not a lot of information on the forthcoming weekend in Athens as we deemed it was too early, but, since there is already quite some interest, we decided to update our page with as much information as possible at this time in the year. You may find there the latest draft of our programme.

Those of you familiar with our events of previous years will see that we follow more or less the same programme as before, as it has worked well in the past. At the same time, we have taken on board the very useful feedback that you have provided to us a few months ago in order to update the programme accordingly.

Friday and Sunday are essentially the same, even if we chose to remove some event that was not very popular both previous years. We aspire to follow the same schedule on Saturday too. Unfortunately, beloved queer-friendly Voila Bar Athens has closed, so we need to find a new venue for our brunch, which we are looking into. The afternoon city walk will also run again this year. For the Saturday night event, we may include an event similar to the one of last year, at the trendiest queer club in town, Smut Athens. At the same time, we are looking for some venue capable of accommodating other events that we wish to run and that you expressed an interest in, such as screenings, workshops, fetish market.

We will keep you posted with any more update in due time. In the meantime, we wish you have a great Easter break and that we see some of you in Berlin this weekend!
